the staff was very helpful , always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. my room included useful amenities like a humidifier and a kettle. i especially liked the rooftop bar , it had fine city views and a nice atmosphere.

the room size felt a little small , it was hard to manage luggage and move around comfortably.

the room size proved quite inadequate. i found it difficult to manage luggage in such a confined space. the provision of only sample-sized toiletries for two guests seemed rather stingy. i expect full-sized amenities in a hotel of this supposed caliber.
